In one of my self-experiments, I realized that coffee doesn’t give you energy as we’ve formally or informally imbibed. What I realized is that, coffee helps helps in using up the proteins left in the body, and not the carbohydrates or sugars.
So in effect, taking coffee with much sugar only leads to an ailment I do not know. Coffee without dieting is a great disadvantage, as you use up all your energy resources.
Anyways, since coffee is diuretic, it helps get rid of some of the extra sugars in the body. One thing I deem useful about coffee is, it helps in slimming up, i.e. in toning down your body size.
As to this belief, I do not know but I’m sure it’s related to the protein synthesis, which I’m yet to experience.
What do you think?
